 By purchasing your website and our website services you are accepting the following terms of use.

• A $299 one time set up fee and $39.99 a month. Billed monthly. We do not lock you in to a yearly contract. We earn your business.
• As long as you use our services this monthly fee will never increase.
• The $299 start up fee also includes a one time download of site editing software that you must download to your computer(a $59.95 value).
• You understand that all text, files, images, photos, or other materials (content) posted on, transmitted through, or linked from your site, are the sole responsibility of you and you assume any and all liability for content you publish.
• You will not advertise any illegal service or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law.
• Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals on your website, including payment and delivery of goods or services, collection of sales tax and payment to taxing authorities, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
• You shall not publish content or display products: a) that is/are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way; b) that is/are pornographic or depicts a human being engaged in actual sexual conduct or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals.
• If we believes that you have acted inconsistently with this purchase agreement. We will notify you of said inconsistencies and ask you to correct them. If you do not. We reserve the right to delete or deactivate your account and terminate your access to or use of your website(or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content without limitation. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your service.
• All programs and/or other technologies utilized by e-TechValley.com inc. to create your website or provide website services are owned by e-TechValley.com inc. or it’s licensers and you acquire no ownership interest in them.
